About Arthur County Court Docket

Arthur County court information is kept through more than one office. Arthur District Court and Arthur County Court maintain separate case records, while the statewide JUSTICE Search provides public access to many trial-court case summaries and registers of actions. This reference site gathers the route to the right court, clerk, or search service in one place.

Why We Built This Site

Nebraska provides public access to many court records, but access depends on the court holding the case. The Clerk of Arthur District Court, Becky Swanson, keeps the district docket for district matters. Yuri Cole's Arthur County Court office keeps the separate county-court docket, including traffic, misdemeanor, probate, small-claims, and county-court civil matters. The chronological case history is commonly called a register of actions (ROA); JUSTICE Search can help locate it, while the clerk supplies official copies. This site explains those different paths and the information needed for a useful request.

What You Will Find Here

  • Case-search guidance: how to use JUSTICE Search by party name or case number and distinguish its public case summary from the eFiling system
  • Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are organized between Arthur County Court and Arthur District Court
  • Dates and settings: how to use the court calendar carefully and confirm a setting with the appropriate clerk
  • Copies and records: how court records, docket sheets, and certified copies are requested from the office that holds them

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately operated reference site, not a Nebraska court, clerk's office, or state agency. Its limits are important:

  • We cannot obtain an official docket sheet or case file for a visitor.
  • We cannot set, change, continue, or confirm a hearing.
  • We cannot alter, seal, or remove a court record.
  • We cannot issue a certified docket, order, judgment, or other court copy.
  • We cannot give legal advice about a case, filing deadline, or court order.
  • We cannot promise that court contact information, fees, or settings remain unchanged.

Only the clerk or court holding the case can authenticate a record. A JUSTICE result is useful for locating a case, but an official or certified copy must come from the appropriate court clerk.

Search Partners

Some pages include search tools operated by outside providers. Those providers set their own prices, availability, results, and terms. A paid signup through a partner may produce a referral fee that supports this site, but the site does not control a partner's service or its results.
