For an official Arthur County court record, start with the clerk responsible for the court that holds the case. This page identifies the district- and county-court contacts and explains when JUSTICE Search is useful; this private reference site cannot access court systems or act for a court.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. Arthur County Court Docket is privately operated. It cannot retrieve official files, set or move a hearing, seal or alter a case, issue certified copies, or provide legal advice. Those matters belong with the court or its clerk.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Use the following routes for common Arthur County requests:

  • A register of actions or docket sheet: use JUSTICE Search to locate a public case, then ask the clerk for an official copy if needed.
  • A court date or setting: review the court calendar if available, then confirm the setting with the clerk. Arthur District Court is excluded from the statewide district-calendar results.
  • A certified copy: request it from the clerk of the court holding the case; describe the case number and exact document or ROA entry.
  • A particular case: search by a party name or case number, keeping the C or D court prefix and Arthur county number 91 when known.
  • Court records or case files: use the court-records guide and contact the relevant court clerk for public, restricted, older, or certified material.
